We have our app that helps you easily retrieve your tickets and plan your day accordingly. The Big Bus app is easy to use; you just have to open it, click on Add Booking, enter the reference number, and ta da, you've got your tickets. On the day of the tour, just activate it, and the countdown starts. Make sure you show your ticket to the board driver.

Cancellation Policy

Our free cancellation policy is available up to 24 hours before the tour date, and a full refund is processed immediately. No refund for late cancellations or no-shows.

Q. What time do tours run?

Ans: The downtown red tour runs from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and departs every 30 minutes. The uptown blue tour operates from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and departs from stop 1 (M&M’s World) every 60 minutes. You can also board from any 20 bus stops.

Q. What days do tours operate?

Ans: Our services run throughout the year except on Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve, bad weather, or any special event.

Q. Do I need to select a travel date?

Ans: Yes, choose your first ticket date at checkout. You must use your multi-day tickets on consecutive days. Some extras may require time slot bookings.

Q. Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

Ans: Yes, our buses are accessible for wheelchairs with a 650 lb lifting capacity, and even if you need any other additional assistance, you can contact us up to 48 hours in advance so that we can arrange that in time. Upper deck access is not guaranteed for all passengers.

Q. How do I request a refund?

Ans: You can request the refund with the help of the contact form through our website if you booked the tickets through the app, or if you booked the tickets via a third party, then you need to contact the original provider for the refund.
