You can redeem your digital voucher from the confirmation email either at the Golden Tours Visitor Centre, 145 Praed St, Tyburnia, London W2 1RL, UK, or exchange it for a printed ticket with the driver or Golden Tours representative when boarding the bus.

Cancellation Policy

You can use our free cancellation policy to cancel the tickets 24 hours before departure. If you try to cancel within 24 hours or you choose not to show up for the tour for any reason, or you choose not to take the River Thames or walking tour, there will be no refund of your money.

Our tour starts with the Thames River tour from both Tower Pier and Westminster Pier, with Boats leaving every 30-40 minutes, and sometimes with the Royal London walking tour, and our Jack the Ripper walking tour starts at 3:30 pm. Try to arrive 15 minutes before the time.
